Hi Helene This is a new one. Samsung drivers for mac book pro. I'm used to looking round motherboard sites but Lego is a bit different.

Anyway I can see they've got a couple of patches for the software but nothing that addresses your issue. I see the software that comes with the camera predates XP but that they will send you the XP version if requested. Hp laserjet 4000n firmware update. If I'm reading you correctly though, you've already got this. Your message sounds like a problem with the camera drivers so I would suggest uninstalling it and then try reinstalling. Failing that I think you are going to need to contact Lego's Tech Support (you can email from their site) as I've no idea if this camera is built on a generic one or what. Sorry I can't be more help.
